Training Descriptions & Client Roundtables
Sentact End-User Training
This training is for NEW Sentact users and existing users who need to refresh their skills. Training topics covered include: how to submit anonymous requests; how to login, resolve a deficiency ticket; and how to submit a survey using Sentact.

Sentact Reports Training
This training is for anyone interested in an overview of Sentact Reporting Suite offerings, including a deeper dive into the enhanced results page and the following dashboards: Regulatory Performance, Survey Overview, Rounding Performance, Direct Action, Hand Hygiene and Question Performance. This 1-hour training will review the overall functionality and highlight new features.
Note: The Patient Engagement and Employee Engagement Dashboards will be highlighted in the Patient and Employee Roster End User Trainings.

Sentact End-User Training
This training is for NEW Sentact users and existing users who need to refresh their skills. Training topics covered include: application layout/navigation, Patient Roster overview including how to perform a patient round, Emplyee Roster overview including how to perform an employee round, and how to review/close deficiency tickets.

Sentact Client Roundtables
Sentact Roundtables are designed to provide our clients with the opportunity to talk through best practices, industry trends, workflows, and general utilization of the Sentact platform. While Sentact will be facilitating this discussion, it is ultimately designed for you to connect with peers and drive the session to best meet your needs in this changing environment.

Sentact Administrative Training
This training is for new Sentact Admins or current Admins in need of a review of basic admin functions and keeping Sentact aligned with your organization’s workflow. The first 30 minutes of this 1-hour training covers: how to add/edit users, departments and management, permissions, and will also touch briefly on Sentact notifications.
The second part of this training will be a deeper dive into Sentact surveys including: adding, editing and maintaining your surveys. We will cover adding and editing your survey templates and questions, deficiency routing, keeping your question database clean, and review various exports designed to help you maintain a healthy system.

About Sentact Training
- All training will be general in nature — meaning that attendees will be led through a variety of workflows to showcase how to utilize Sentact.
- Participants will be encouraged to ask questions about overall functionality as we move through the training.
- For questions specific to a facility’s workflow and usage, we will encourage a deeper discussion with your Onsite Sentact Administrator, our Support Team, or Client Success Manager.
