Our training tools can be used as annual refresher for safety training to individual staff members or as a guide for group presentations, dependant upon the healthcare organization. Supplying the appropriate staff knowledge is one crucial aspect, but also scheduling when this is to occur is another obstacle many face. Through Sentact’s scheduling tool, staff information can be imported and schedules set up to remind the staff when to take the online tests or training.
Sentact allows the customer the ability to manage their specific tests by including customizable templates that include free form questions and various answer types. The flexibility to add and change the tests gives the customer freedom to better evaluate staff knowledge. From the results gathered, they can track and trend the participants answers and report on the organization’s “top missed” at the end of each year to produce improvement plans.
Sentact provides online self-directed computer based learning modules, containing learning materials and a comprehensive competency for different areas of safety. Each module provides general safety information and designed to assist healthcare organizations in providing staff with the necessary safety information on various required topics. All modules should be presented in with facility specific policies and procedures. Sentact’s modules are designed to have the information presented and competency completed within a thirty-minute time frame.
