Customer Success Manager

The potential recruit builds relationships with all clients at all levels within accounts in the assigned territory to drive maximum value to our clients, ensure retention, and identify new business opportunities.


  • Conduct bi-annual client optimization meetings, annual ROI analysis, and executive reports for client review
  • Leverage SentactOptimization Services and intellectual capital to optimize client utilization of our technology and drive best practices to ensure maximum value is realized
  • Develop and nurture showcase accounts and reference sites
  • Create detailed account plans outlining growth strategy, risk, and remediation
  • Ensure issues are distributed appropriately to support as well as product teams and resolved to client expectations
  • Sell Professional Services such as training, interfaces, consulting, and configuration and redesign services
  • Attend and/or assist with industry events as needed
  • Differentiate Sentact by understanding and professionally articulating our business / capabilities
  • Maintain and regularly update our CRM Tool, with all activity in assigned territory


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Administration or other related field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of healthcare account management, healthcare technology sales, or hospital experience
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on retention and demonstrated track record of establishing, managing, and developing effective client relationships
  • Hospital or healthcare experience in regulatory compliance, safety, support services, and/or patient experience desired
  • Business development skills related to healthcare technology
  • Ability to work well independently while being a strong team player
  • Proficiency in: ¬†Microsoft’s Office Suite and
